• legal groundwork of the current business and economic activity of a concern;
  
• legal aid to corporate clients and to private individuals in issues concerning tax planning within the framework of current R.F. legislation, and representation of their interests in litigations with taxing authorities;
  
• representation of clients’ interests in cases regarding bails, guarantees and monetary circulation;
  
• legal assistance to banks and credit companies, and to their clients, including representation of clients’ interests in litigations caused by inappropriate performance of obligations to the bank;
  
• legal aid related to bankruptcy applications - commercial organizations, credit companies, insurance companies;
  
• legal assistance within customs legislations, including representation of clients’ interests in their interactions with customs authorities on customs offense cases, protection of customs officers and civilians on aforenamed cases;
  
• rendering of complete legal service to clients whose activities are related to currency law application, including legal support of any currency values transactions;
  
• legal assistance in cases concerning real estate, incl.: land property; drawing of contracts and other legal documents regarding privatization, sale, rent, gage, and other transactions relevant to conversion of real estate and titles to it; clients’ interest protection in litigations connected with trespasses of use, possession, disposition of real estate; transactional minimization in real estate bargaining;
  
• legal aid in the issues of copyright and related rights protection;
  
• criminal cases of various categories (malfeasance, economic crime, felonies such as murder, rape, assault etc., crimes against public security and order, drug and weapon transportation crimes, and others);
  
• civil cases (housing litigations, recovery of debts, cases concerning traffic accidents, divorce and division of jointly acquired property, inheritance litigations);
  
• otherwise legal aid to individuals and legal entities.
  

• Customer service is a legal support of commercial and other legal activities, rendered on regular terms.
  
• Service fee is to be fixed by an agreement of the parties, and comprises expected and actual amount of work. Such a type of legal assistance may be rendered in the form of oral or written advices, preparation of legal documents, and participation in negotiations.
  
• A customer is entitled to stipulate a term under which regular visiting of his office or enterprise by the Bar experts is obligatory, for the sake of the most complete legal support providing.
  
• The only exclusion is representation of customer's interests in courts and participation of a lawyer within tax litigations. The terms of such legal assistance are to be elaborated separately.
  

• Legal services may be rendered on hourly rate basis, according to the time spent for the legal assistance by a lawyer.
  
• Cost of an hour of work is to be fixed depending on skill & experience of a lawyer in charge for the client.
